Ripple Design (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a design and software studio based in Hyderabad, India, operated by Sunny Haladker. We build custom software for businesses and take your privacy seriously.

We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We're a small studio and we collect only what we need to do our work and respond to you.

• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter or blog updates
• Any other information you choose to share in conversation with us

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics — pages visited, time on site, referral source (via privacy-respecting analytics)
• Your IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes

Information from third parties

If you book a call via Calendly, their privacy policy applies to that interaction. We receive only the information you enter into the booking form (name, email, notes).

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls
• Deliver the services you've engaged us for
• Send you project updates, invoices, and relevant communications
• Send blog updates or newsletters if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve our website and understand how people find us

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Tools we use to run the business — Calendly (scheduling), email providers, cloud storage. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

• Business transfer: In the unlikely event of a sale or merger, your data may transfer to the new entity under the same privacy commitments.

We will never share your project details, business information, or correspondence with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we've inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we'll notify active clients by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
