You got it 70 or 80 percent working with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit. Then auth, security, the edge cases and the upkeep hit a wall. That last stretch is real engineering, and it's where we come in. Start with a free health check: we look at your live app and show you exactly what's fragile, what's exposed, and what it takes to make it safe for real users.
No cost, no obligation. We look at your live app and tell you what we find. Or write first: sunny@rippledesign.co
If you built something real with AI and then got stuck, you're not doing it wrong. This is where almost everyone gets stuck. Here's what it usually feels like.
“It works when I test it, but I'm scared to let real customers in.”
“I have no idea if my data is actually safe, and I have people's information in there now.”
“It got to 80 percent in a weekend and I've been stuck on the last bit for a month.”
“Every time I ask the AI to fix one thing, it breaks two others.”
“It says ‘you’re all booked’ but I don't think anything actually saved.”
“It runs fine in the editor, then falls over the moment I try to put it online.”
“I lost hours of work when the database got wiped and there was no way back.”
“I keep getting surprise bills and I don't understand what I'm paying for.”
If you nodded at even two of these, a health check is the fastest way to know where you actually stand.
AI tools are genuinely good at getting you started. What they're bad at is the invisible part: the security rules, the failure cases, the things that only show up once real people are using it. Here's what we look at first.
AI-built apps very often ship with the data left wide open. The rules that are supposed to stop one user reading another user's information get skipped, keys that should live on the server end up sitting in the browser where anyone can copy them, and “paid” features are only locked on the surface. Apps like this get broken into within days of launch. If you're holding customer information, this isn't a code-quality issue, it's a liability issue, and it's the first thing we check.
The weekend gets you a demo. Real users need proper sign-in, the awkward edge cases handled, and someone keeping it running next month. This is the wall most people hit, and it's the part that doesn't stop. We finish it, and we can stay on to keep it alive.
The screen says it worked. The booking, the payment, the sign-up, the confirmation. But nothing actually saved, or the email never sent. The front looks finished while the back was never connected. We check that what the screen promises actually happened.
It runs perfectly in the editor and then breaks the instant it's deployed. Custom domain, SSL, environment settings, the things that never come up until you try to put it in front of a real person. We get it deploying cleanly and staying up.
Fix one thing, break another. It edits or deletes things you never asked it to touch, and there's no safe way back. We put it under proper version control so changes are deliberate and reversible, and progress stops undoing itself.
The free health check is us going through this list on your actual app and showing you what we find, ranked by how much it matters.
Give us access to your live app. We go through it the way a senior engineer would, and we show you what's exposed, what's silently failing, and what's likely to break next. You get a clear, honest read on where you stand. Free, and yours to keep whether or not we work together.
Usually there's a single risk that matters most, often an open door to your data. If it's urgent, we can close that first so you can breathe.
A clear, fixed-scope piece of work to take it from “mostly works” to “safe for real users.” We agree exactly what's in it before we start, so there are no surprises and no open-ended billing.
The part AI can't do for you: someone who keeps it running, watches for problems, and is there when something breaks. An ongoing plan so the app you built doesn't quietly rot.
Once it's solid, we can extend it, or build whatever's next. Same studio, now with the whole thing in a state we understand.
You only ever start with Step 1. Everything after that is a conversation, and only if it's worth it for you.
We're a small, senior software studio in Hyderabad. Eight years, around 50 clients, real production software that people depend on every day. We're not a marketplace and we're not a bug-fixing gig. When we look at your app, you're getting the judgment of someone who has shipped and maintained real software for a long time, including work for large organisations under NDA.
We'll also tell you the truth. If your app is in good shape, we'll say so. If starting fresh would genuinely serve you better than patching, we'll say that too. The free health check is a real look, not a sales trick.
We're probably not the right fit if:
There are marketplaces for that, and they might be fine for a throwaway project.
Enjoy it, come back when it's carrying something that matters.
We're here for the part that needs a human who's done this before.
We're a good fit if you've built something real, people are starting to rely on it, and you want it safe, finished, and looked after by someone senior.
Send us the link to your live app and we'll tell you what we find. No cost, no obligation, no pressure to do anything after.
