The startup needed to craft an experience that would feel professional yet engaging, sophisticated yet approachable. The platform had to serve two distinct user types — influencers and advertisers — each with very different needs and workflows.
How we tackled it
Over 10 months we worked through the full product design lifecycle — from market research and user flows to visual design strategy, component systems, and brand identity. Every feature was designed to balance simplicity with the complexity of multi-party collaboration.
What we delivered
We designed Influencer Stores inspired by Linktree's simplicity — fixed template design with product showcase and social media integration. Campaign management simplified multi-party collaboration with group chat distinguishing group vs. private messages. Task tracking featured clear approval workflows, and influencer profiles were optimised for marketplace discovery and evaluation.
